Blind date

I stayed locked in my room and no rose came. A month passed and nothing. I finally realised how foolish I overreacted it was just a cruel joke. I needed to stop being paranoid. I sighed and thought I start figuring out which college I will go to. I was accepted in every couple I applied for. I wanted to do  politics. Katie got accepted into Yale. She wanted me to choose Yale and I finally agreed. She was happy we could be roommates after graduation.  I was happy too and I was happy that everyone forgot about my birthday party disaster or maybe they didn't want me to feel bad. 

I decided to go back to school and since Katie made sure I had all my homework and projects done. I wasn't behind. Another surprise from Katie was she set me up for a blind date. It was a blind date along with her date so double date except I didn't know who my date was.  

I was so nervous I haven't dated in 3 years and I kept getting paranoid. I kept thinking he would show up and I wouldn't escape. I try to block it out. I promised Katie I give this guy a try. I had on estra El ontoro bodycon dress. It was black with pink and elegant. I had my hair up in a braided bun. I drove to the cuisine and walked inside after I parked. I saw Katie and Andrew and there was another guy. I walked up to them and the guy stood up and helped me with my chair. "You must be hope" he smiled. "Yes and you?" "I'm Tyler" he replied nervous. "Hi Tyler" I saw Katie and Andrew they were in their own world. "You look beautiful" he blurted out and blushed.  I thought he was so cute blushing. "You are handsome and such a gentleman" "I do my best my mama taught me right" "sooo tell me more about you"  "what do you want to know?...sorry I'm new to this blind date thing Andrew" he paused."it's okay I been out of practice awhile" "you?" He seemed surprised. "Why?" I look down. "Just have been busy" "I hear you so I heard you are going to Yale?" "Yes" "wow me too" "really? What is your major?" "Law you? " "Political science and economics" "wow you are smart and gorgeous" "thank you I am sure you are too"
