Mum:"sucess is nothing when you don't have a family.I mean if you were to die then who would inherit all that"

I looked at her then looked at my 'Richest Centibillionaire Businessman of the year' award.

me:"mum please"

mum:" no no no .im getting old ,i want to die after seeing my grandchildren.Please ray"

Me:" mum give me a breather. Im 25.My age mates don't even talk about marriage"

Mum:" i know that if Charis was still alive then I'd be having 5 granchildren"

i sighed

me:"okay mum.Happy now?"

mum:"very happy"

she said that smiling.

This is me.Raymond Passion Milton.Im a centibillionaire (a centibillionaire is a person who has more than 100billion in his net wealth) and i own a very big hospital and i also own a multi-billionaire pharmacy.I have everything in life,my cars,my villa,billions of money.I have everything except for a lover.my mum is always pressurising me thats why today i decided that I'll look for a contract wife whose going to agree to be my SURROGATE.If we atleast have 2 children then it'll silence mum.

mum:"I'll be fine baby.That surgery is very expensive"

me:"no mum.Im going to look for a job tomorrow.I'll ask for a loan once i start working'

she sighed

mum:"fine."

**********Raymond's POV*********

I was sitting on my bed looking at Charis's picture.It was a picture of her on our first date.She was so beautiful and was wearing a white mini dress .I miss her so much and I'll always love her,no one can ever take her place in my life.My thoughts were disturbed by a call.I looked at the screen,its Jack the manager at my hospital.

ms:"what is it"

I said that in an intimidating tone

jack:"umm ummm....(he stammered)

me:"i don't have the whole day"

Jack:"sorry sir.good afternoon sir.Well i called to inform you that we are receiving complaints from patients."

me:"what are they saying"

jack:"they are complaining that doctors are rude to them"

i felt my anger rising.I hate doctors who act irresponsible and fail their work.if those doctors had been careful then my Charis would be alive.

me:"Fire them all!!!!!!!"

i shouted and i heard him freaking out and jumping

jack:"bbbbbbbb......bbbbbuu...but i i...(he stammered)

I breathed in and out to calm my anger.

me:"talk "

Jack:"well i..umm.... where will we get new doctors "

me:" put this on the newspapers,tv,Posters on the road.everywhere.Dont forget to put the salary.I just want them at 8;00 sharp for an interview.Im interviewing them personally to avoid errors"

jack:"Sir where will we get new doctors in such a short notice"

me;"thats your job."

I hung up before he could even respond.I left Charis's picture on the bed and i went to the gym to cool myself down.

********Olivia's POV*****

I has finished preparing some lunch for mum.I went to her room.I try by all means to make her rest so that she doesn't feel pain because any form of activity makes her sick.When i went there i found her lying on the ground.

me:"mum!!!!!!!!"

I tried waking her up but she wouldnt wake up.I removed her shoes from her legs and other tight clothes.I know that she fainted ,its not the first time and its definitely not the last time. i took water and i sprinkled her face .She slowly opened her eyes.

me:"mum are you fine."

she slowly nodded.I helped her sit then i gave her water to drink.

me:"mum i honestly dont know what to do.You need that surgery but if i leave for work then who will take care of you when you faint or get chest pains,diffiulties in breathing.all that stuff mum"

I suddenly got an idea

.me:"mum.I can speak to aunty Mrs Baker.She can stay with you while im at work."

mum nodded.Mrs Baker is our neighbour and a very good friend of mum.

I ran outside and went to knock at her door.

Mrs Baker:"come in I'm in the living room"

I got in and went to the living room.She was on her phone.She stood up and hugged me.

Mrs Baker:"My baby.How are you"

me:"im fine aunt."

mrs Baker:" look at me. Please sit and I'll go and get you some food"

me:" no thank you aunt I'm fine"

mrs baker:" no you are not.i'll be back soon"

aunt went to her kitchen and came back with cookies and a cold drink.Aunt lives alone,she divorced with her husband and she has 2 sons ,Leon and Leeroy.Leon is a doctor and Leeroy is an accountant.

Aunt:"You know my dear I've always wanted you to get married to Leon.You two look good together and i promise you that Leon will take very good care of you."

She said that sitting down.I sighed.She has always tried to hook me up with leon.I then decide to change the topic

me:"Aunty i have come to talk to you about something important"

Aunt:"what is it"

me:"aunt i Don't want to take advantage of your kindness but well mum needs the aortic valve replacement surgery and im planning on looking for a job and you know mum's condition.You also know how to take care of her when she faints or when she's facing problems.please take care of her while i work then when i get the money for the surgery i promise to look for a nurse for her"

aunt:"oh my Olie.You know how much I'm forever gratetul to your mum.I don't mind taking care of her.You know how much she helped me.( My mum was a lawyer ,very successful.Mrs Baker was getting a divorce and her husband wanted to take all the property since she is financial stable .Mum helped her to fight against him)..Im thinking of coming to stay at your home then I'll be leaving at night ,i dont want your mum to be moving up and down always"

me:"thank you so much aunty.I better hurry home."

i said that standing up.

aunt:"Olie do you have a job already"

me:"no aunt.I was just thinking of going job hunting tomorrow"

aunt:"When you came in here you saw me on my phone right.(i nodded).I was on social media and i saw something there.You studied medicine and there's this big hospital,Its actually in the top 3 biggest hospitals,R.Milton Hospital.They are looking for doctors.You can go 8:00 sharp and do an interview ."

I hugged her in excitement.

me:"thank you so much aunty."

aunt:"welcome dear.So its a 1hr drive to the hospital.At 6:45 come here and I'll drive you there"

me:" thanks aunt.i'll rush home now"

aunt:"let me walk you to the door"

we started walking.

Aunt:"I was talking to leon.(i sighed.I know that she's soon going to start her 'marriage 'stories ).I was asking him if he has a girlfriend and he said that he's single.To be honest you guys look cute together .I would be very happy to have a daughter-in-law like you"

I don't know what to do about this talk .i was saved by the fact that we've reached her door

me:"we've reached here aunt.i'll leave now.See you tomorrow morning"

Aunt:"i know that you are avoiding my topic but anyways bye."

i walked away and went home.
