Valerie’s POV
My first time … It was everything I heard others dream of. Ruston tucked me into bed before leaving a kiss on my forehead.
“Rest, I will see you in the morning.” His voice was sweet and kind and I breathed in deeply before my eyes fluttered. I yawned and fell asleep. My dreams were filled with images of our lovemaking, but in between were flashes of someone screaming, angry growls, and blood.
I woke up with a start and sat upright in bed when I heard my alarm screaming. Grabbing my phone, I switched it off, and realized that I was late! When I got up, the first thing I felt was a slight pain between my legs, and I couldn’t stop the smile that formed on my face. I did it, I finally gave myself to the man I loved!
