Edgar took Daphne together with him and left the house without anyone accompanying them.
Even Henry stayed behind. He drove out of the big gate, and Daphne enjoyed the calming breeze as they commuted.
The car pulled over in front of a large stable, and a chauffeur took the car keys. They were escorted in by another staff member who looked quite excited to see Edgar.
"It's been a while since you came here," he noted, staring briefly at Daphne, his eyes asking questions since Edgar never brought a partner here.
"Are we going to ride horses?" Daphne's eyes shimmered when she realized where he had brought her, and she let out a heartfelt laugh.
