It was obvious by the way Sawyer was stood looking guilty that Francesca had told him this already in less amicable terms. It didn’t matter what they had agreed with Selene, Francesca was never going to act submissively towards anyone, and it was clear to Elizabeth that she would eventually leave them to live alone if she wasn’t happy with her rank amongst his pack or the role she was being assigned if more people joined them. She was extremely relieved that Francesca still seemed willing to tolerate her for her brother’s sake, and that it was Sawyer she had berated for misusing his own powers for personal pleasure.
