"What you mean baby?" I frowned confused as to what she meant

"Shawn I can't share you!" She said with tears in her eyes

"I know baby but-"

"Shawn as much I live for you, and love you! I can't walk around that house and see y'all kissed up, and then you turn around to be all up on, and in me." She told me

I sighed "Bey..." I trailed off

"I'm sorry Shawn." She said bursting into tears I grabbed her and just held her body to mine as she violently shook in my arms.

She began shaking really bad, and then she looked at me helplessly. Her eyes sparkled a light blue color as tears ran down her face.

Her hair went grey, and the room began shaking. I lost my mind

"Oh hell no!" I yelled trying to get out the room.

The door bursted opened, and my sisters, brother, and mom walked in the room.

"Wow..."

After that everything went completely normal. She was laying on the floor, and she sat up with tears streaming down her face. I ran to her as the rest just stood there shocked

"Baby!" I said once I got to her I held her, and she cried

"What did I just do?" She panicked

"I don't know baby..." I mumbled "I don't know."

She began crying as everyone else began making their way over to hug her. We group hugged her, and she slowly calmed down. She looked at us and sighed

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that I don't know what happened." She told us

"Your ok..." my mom said

"Yea you got superpowers girl!" Annie said and we all giggled except Bey

She just starred at the wall

"It's coming back, it's coming back , it's coming back." She mumbled getting louder

"Baby..." I said concerned this is the second time this has happened

"It's coming back it's coming back! Theres no where to go!" She yelled

"Bey sweetheart..."

"I CANT HIDE ITS COMING BACK! THERES NO PLACE TO GO!" She screamed and then she blacked out

"Oh s**t!" We all said

"I DONT-I DONT-" she said as she flew up.

"What the hell call Tina!" My mom yelled

I took out my phone, and called her she answered immediately.

I ain't gon lie she looked fine as s**t like that?

"Shawn?"

"Hey T you remember where my mom house is the day I took you?"

"Yea why?"

"We need you over here now it's an emergency!"

"Ok I'm on the way!"

She hung up, and I rushed back inside the room to see her flying around the room, and my momma trying to chase her to get her down.

"Where is she?!"

"She's on her way!" I said loud enough for her to hear me

There were things flying around the room, and all of that.

Soon enough Tina came rushing in the room with wide eyes...

"Oh she's developing!" She said lowly but I still heard

"MOM! She's here what do we do?!"

"I have to go get her needle!" She yelled

"Why would you not get it?!"

"You only said it was an emergency not she was floating around the room and zapping lighting out her eyes and hands!" She screamed at me

"Tina please go they whatever is needed and stop arguing with my son!" Momma said

Tina rolled her eyes and walked out the room, like she knew about this why would she not just carry it around with her!

I sighed as Bey grew powerful and powerful, I just hope nobody calls the cops or anything because of what they heard.

After about 30 minutes Tina came back with a needle.

"Can you get me water?" She said to my mom

"And get some pain meds please!" She said

"Shawn I'm gonna need your strength to help me when I get her down, and put this needle into her!" She said and I nodded my head

My mom went to get the meds and water and I walked up to Tina to help her hold her down.

"Has this happened before?!" I asked over the loud noise

"Not as Bad as This but yes something like it!" She said "I will explain this after we get her to sleep!" She finished and I just nodded trying to figure out what the hell

My mom rushed in with water, and meds. Tina put some type of powder in the water and sat it down.

Then she looked at me "I'm going to put it in her arm imma need you to hold her down ok?" She asked and I nodded

"Gloria I'm going to need you to grab that water and be ready."

"Ok." She nodded

She put the needle in the arm, and Bey screeched and began to throw lighting bolts everywhere, and she began going out of control, but I had a good grip on her.

I was able to hold her down, and she injected the medicine in her body, but a lot of it spilled out. When it was empty she looked at my mom

"Gloria! Now!" She said my mom rushed over and began pouring the water in her mouth.

She began to slowly calm down, and when she did she had her eyes closed and she opened them. Tina rushed and sat her up then she gave her the meds for pain.

"Bey are you ok?" I asked as I kissed her forehead

"I'm ok I just-have a bad headache ." She said sitting up and holding her head

"Yea that's what the pain meds were for." Tina smiled

"Is it true? You aren't my mom?" She asked Tina sighed and nodded her head

"I-it's true. I'm not your mom." She put her head down

"Is dad even my dad?" She asked

She sighed again and shook her head

"I should stop lying to you huh?" She asked with a laugh

"Huh?" We all said confused

"Yes girl you my daughter!" she laughed while we all looked at her crazy

"What! Yawl ain't find that funny?" She said and we all frowned and shook our heads

"Sorry." She said and stopped smiling

"So why did I just do that?!"

"ok calm down your gonna make your headache worse."

"ok sorry. Continue."

"When I gave birth to you...I was in an experiment. They thought i had powers because i was electrocuted multiple times, and survived. They didn't think it was by the grace of God they took it as it made me stronger." She started off

we all was so into the story we didn't realize that we all were crying.

"You don't remember but i gave birth to you in and science lab, wit-a bunch of machines hooked up to the both of us." they both finished the last part

"I remember." Bey smiled softly sniffing the tears away

"We were there for the longest...they were trying to see if you had powers but at the time you didn't." she said "You spent your first two years of your life being locked up in a lab being tested on, and a present for you was getting harder and more painful tests each birthday. The only reason you aren't in there now is because i had to kill, and make deals they promised to leave you alone and our family as long as we don't do any damage to their work space, or them."

I was in utter shock. I mean s**t we all were!

"I moved us away, and over here, so we wouldn't be able to mess up our end of the bargain. We first found out that you had powers was when you were five, and we told you I was pregnant with Solo." she smiled and giggled a little bit "You were so excited to be a older sister, that you accidently zapped my stomach. That night you went haywire when you realized what you did. You thought you hurt the baby, and began crying. You began zapping yourself as a punishment, then after that you were trying to put yourself in your room but you began doing what you did just now but it wasn't as bad. I wanted you to get in control of it early so you can control your emotions better so i took you to this lady. Her name is Perenna you may have to start going back to her i don't know yet."

"Wait so what triggered this today?"

"I cant answer that for you i don't know." She shrugged and Bey sighed and shook her head

"Can you just finish please?" bey said on the verge of tears

"Uh where was I? Oh yea! I took you to this lady and she helped me control your powers more, because you were too young to learn and control them. Then you got older and we thought your powers went away so we stopped seeing her, but shes still out here just incase, she is only a call away." she said and got up kissing her forehead "See you at home." she said and walked out the room

We all just sat there stuck, and frozen. Like ice cubes in a cold day. Nobody knew what to do.

Bey sighed, and then laid back down.

"Well at least she was lying when she said she poisoned your mom." Annie said

And we all agreed with a 'yea' and a head nod

"I'm gonna go to sleep." Bey said and we all left out of the room but I kissed her forehead first then went to join my family on the couch.

"Shawn." My mother called

"Momma, please not right now." I begged

"We needa have this conversation soon." Annie told me and I sighed

"I don't know what I'm gonna do Ma I love her." I told them I said as I started breathing hard like I was having an asthma attack

"It's ok Shawn, just calm down, and take your time." Mickey said

I sighed and nodded my head and took deep breathes

"I love her y'all I can't let her go." I said to them as tears threatened to spill over my eyes

"maybe after what happened Tina won't press charges." Mickey said

"You see what she did a week ago she ain't dropping nothing!"

"Right and she still have That messed up eye on her." My mom said and we all laughed

I got a call from Tina.

(Phone conversation)

"Hello?"

"Jay two things..."

"Ok."

"So I just got a call from Solo's school telling me that her principal has COVID, they want you to be in a Zoom conference because you may be a replacement at Solange's school for their principal."

"What?" I frowned why?

"I don't know but the other thing is I decided to drop the charges, I have to remember that part of the reason she gets that way is because she has those powers, and in order for her to black out like that I'm guessing she has to get hit in the head."

"Wait so if she's walking and and she hits her head on the door she gonna b-"

"No if we're fighting and she gets hit in the head she's gonna black out, so please keep her away from fights...I think Perenna told me that once she fully develops she's gonna always develop like that once she blacks out. I'm gonna call her and talk to her about meeting with Bey again."

"Ok."

"And one more thing we're still together." She said and hung up

(End of conversation)

I sighed and dropped my head

"What happened?"

"Well good news is Mickey was right she dropped the charges on Bey, bad this is she thinks we're still together, other news is, We're gonna have to be extra careful around bey, and the fighting if she hits her head she'll blackout on whoever does it."

"Well shit." Mickey said

"Michelle." My mother glared at her

"My Bad shoot." She corrected

"At this point I don't know what to do..." I said as I rubbed my head and sighed

"Well y'all gotta go I'm tired of seeing y'all." My mom said as she stood up

"What?" We all asked in confusion

"Exactly what I said get. The. Hell. Out." She said pointing to the front door

I went to go get Bey but she stopped me

"Uh-un let her sleep. But y'all three see y'all asses out my house." She said and walked off.

We all just got up and left

"I can't believe she would do that to her own kids." Annie said

"Exactly." Mickey said and I just sighed and hopped in my car

"Well imma see you guys later." I told them

"Alright brother call me when you make it home safe ok?"

"Yea..."

I put my seatbelt on, and pulled off and made my way home to began dinner for Solange.

Welp y'all got another chapter today...I might be nice and put out another chapter today until 12 tonight I think imma start doing that...

Imma start asking questions soon I just felt like it wasn't necessary so soon.
