11 Cat turned off her SUV and took her time getting out. She walked toward her front door knowing the closer she was to an escape, the better. Ryder walked behind her slowly, knowing she was going to talk to him. Or at least he hoped. On the front porch Cat unlocked her front door then faced Ryder. She crossed her arms and leaned back, giving him clear body language that she was not happy about him being there. Ryder knew it was going to be harder than he expected.
