~AJ's POV~
It was finally time to head down to my ceremony. My nerves were shot to hell and I vaguely felt like I might hurl. I could hear the crowd buzzing as we made our way down in the elevator and Ryker must have sensed my uneasiness as he took my hand in his. I could feel his nervousness as well even though I knew he was trying to mask it for my sake. He must know something I don't but I won't push the subject.
Once we reached the ground floor Pearl came rushing over to us to escort us to our designated places. I was to stay off to the side until introduced formally. Ryker, his dad, Tate, and Wren all went up to the stage and pearl took her seat in the front row.
Theo stepped forward and began speaking.
