Two years later
Two years seemed to fly by after the drama with the Red Paw Alpha. My Pups were born approximately two weeks later on the night of the Sunflower moon. It was a little creepy how it happened, but I'm glad that they both entered this world happy and healthy. Our son was born first. Orion Casteel Pruitt was born at 6:36 p.m. and his little sister, Jupiter Dawn Pruitt, was born twenty minutes later. Ryker, of course, cried like a little baby when he met them, and it really did melt my heart.
They are growing like the alpha pups they are, walking, talking, and butting heads already. It wouldn't surprise me if they decided to be co-alphas someday. I know that the pack would accept them and their mates in a heartbeat.
