Dhruv and Dhravya both are in shocked state because Dhravya has slapped Dhruv with force that her hand stings from the impact. Before Dhruv can say anything Dhravya hugged him tight and started to cry more.
Dhruv is hell shocked with her this behaviour. He doesn't know what happened to her.
