Episode 03 - Umbracustos Village

Within the Great Forest of Solnullus. Cameyo is dashing through the woods as quickly as the young demi-human could, while carrying a severely injured unconscious young boy. He needs to be quick and careful at the same time. A few more kilometers after dashing through the forest, he finally reached their village's entrance. There are two adult demi-humans, each wielding a spear, who are standing guard.

Young Cameyo stopped in front of the two guards. He told them with a very breathy voice, "Older brothers, *pant* father is currently fighting *pant* against humans on the forest's southern grassland. *pant* He rescued this very injured boy and *pant* asked me to bring it to grandfather." The two guards looked at each other with eyes widened. One of the guards said, "You... quickly bring these boys to the elder." The other guard took the injured boy from Cameyo and carried it himself.

The remaining guard howled like a wolf under a full moon. A few seconds later, multiple howls can be heard. And as soon as it happened, multiple silver-furred wolf demi-humans were pouncing out of the village towards the direction where Cameyo came from.

In the village of silver-furred wolf demi-humans, Umbracustos Village. Houses are built in high places. And one particular tree house can be seen even from afar. It is the hall of the village elders. Young Cameyo and the guard who escorted him finally arrived. Bardyuf, one of the elders, was having a meeting with his wife, an elder as well, and three other elders in the elder's hall, when suddenly, Cameyo and the guard entered the room unannounced.

Elder Bardyuf is similar to his son's appearance, Exyeri. The warrior Wolf, the demi-human who saved the young boy from his captors. The only difference is he is bigger and bulkier than Exyeri. They may look similar in age, but currently, Elder Bardyuf is one hundred fifty-two-years old and counting. Where Exyeri is forty-two years old. Very young compared to his father, Elder Bardyuf.

Cameyo spoke to Bardyuf with an urgent tone, "Grandfather! Father said I should bring this boy to you. He is very hurt." The guard put down the young boy who was covered in blood and had an unrecognizable face.

Bardyuf saw the emblem of the young injured boy and understood everything. He hurriedly went to the boy's side. He said with a prominent and hastening voice, "Dyu! hurry! Cast multiple healing magic on this boy. He is an heir of our benefactor!" Elder Dyu, his wife, is a High Druid. Casting high leveled healing magic is one of her mastery. After hearing those words, Elder Dyu hurriedly came to the boy's side as well.

Elder Dyu, the wife of Elder Bardyuf, has a smaller physique. And possesses the timid and caring face of a mother. She is also the same age as her husband.

Elder Dyu first cast "Nature's Blessing", which increases the potency of her magic as a High Druid.

Second, she chanted, "Alius, mother nature, grace me with your power to mend." and cast "Nature's Barrowed Healing", which can gradually heal a person. The boy who was targeted by the magic glowed with a green hue of light, and wisp-like spirits gathered around him, as he started to heal. The young boy's cracked bones melded, swollen, cuts, and punctured flesh closed and restored. Because of the effect of "Nature's Blessing", the boy was fully recovered within a few seconds. And lastly, she cast "Nature's soothing voice", which can remove any negative mental effects, like fear, and even trauma.

Elder Dyu, was lightly sweating after casting multiple high level healing magic. Elder Dyu said to her husband, with a calm voice, "Dear, the boy is now completely healed. When he wakes up, he will surely be hungry. You had better prepare some food for him." She stood up and returned to her seat.

After hearing what Elder Dyu said about the stable condition of the young boy. Elder Bardyuf and his grandson, Cameyo faces could see relief.

As soon as the two elders returned to their seats, Elder Bardyuf said to the other elders, "Elders, the time has come for us to pay our debts to our benefactor." All of the elders were silent and they just nodded as they agreed without any sign of regret. The elders showed that they were all prepared to repay their debts.

Bardyuf said to the two non-elders in the room, "Young Cameyo and you young one, bring this young boy to my house. You may leave now." Cameyo and the guard carried the boy with them and left the elder's hall.
