Having sat in the meditation form, I tried to free my mind of all thoughts.
“You are spending three days in seclusion. Today is the first day, and today you must battle with the memories of your past. You will see all the memories of your past. However, you must fight not to remain in the past. You must sieve through the memories, gain what you need and find your way back,” the guardian spirit said.
“What am I looking for? What must I gain?” I asked.
“When you see it, you will know. From here onwards, you are on your own,” the guardian spirit said.
