I ushered my mate and daughter into our new home, that I'd managed to set up quickly with the money from the Prince and Princess, far away from the castle and the danger we'd be in once they realized that I was the one who'd sent the laptop to Prince Jax at the army camp.
My conscious had finally caught up with me, but it had been too late to get the human back from them. I'd managed to tap into the server they were using for their camera and have it connected to a laptop before sending it to him and letting him handle the rest. My family had already gotten our stuff packed, just enough to get us by until we could get settled and buy more, and left the rest in our old room so we didn't leave a trace as to where we'd gone.
