Beau installed the security system, then decided to rearrange the furniture in the living room so it was more to his liking. He’d just finished, when he heard the key turn in the door. He instinctively went into defensive mode, then relaxed when Rick came into the apartment. The alarm didn’t go off, because Beau hadn’t wanted to set it until Rick got home. “You moved stuff,” Rick stated as he looked around. “Yeah. It’s not as if we’ve got all that much furniture, but…” Rick laughed. “You were bored and needed something to do?” “Maybe?
