I am sitting on the couch while Alicia is asleep. She looks so peaceful. I wish she could live a peaceful life too but life has other plans.
After mom and dad came, I introduced them to Maria. I hoped to introduce Maria to them at a good time during summer vacation which is around the corner and not now when we are here at the hospital to see Alicia.
Mom convinced Maria and I to go home and freshen up around 8pm. With persuasion from Maria, I agreed. We got home, showered, had something quick to eat and then I came back to the hospital alone.
