“Let’s go upstairs.” Angie suggests, we are all just sitting on the floor that’s covered in broken glass.
Angie and I help Kristen get off the floor. I have not seen her like this in the one and a half year we have been friends. There has been a few moments when she’s lost her cool over a guy groping her or saying something inappropriate but never to this extent.
We all head upstairs straight to Kristen’s room. The room she is or was sharing with Chase, not sure he is going to be welcomed back. Their room is pretty standard like the other rooms just slightly bigger with a bigger bed.
Suzie helps Kristen get comfortable on the bed. We all sit around her and wait for her to open up.
