*Through BEN'S Eyes*
The tree soared through the air, crashing into the other trees nearby. I was making a lot of noise but I didn’t care. I had had another one of the nightmares last night and I needed to get rid of the pain and frustration. I didn’t want to let out any howls and truly alarm other pack members, but I needed to do something else. Uprooting trees and boulders wasn’t helping and if I continued Sage would kill me for ruining her territory.
I stripped and jumped into the river flowing by me. I took a deep breath and let myself sink to the bottom. I focused on the physical pain of my lungs screaming for air. Then I yelled. The water muffled the sound but I yelled until I had no air left. When I couldn’t take it anymore, I pushed my way to the surface.
