Chapter 40
After clarifying their relationship and the fact that there was no stupid contract standing in between them, Olivia was so happy and emotional at the same time that she ended up crying like a baby.
“Why are you crying? Are you feeling all right?” Ethan asked in a worried voice.
“I am perfectly fine. I… just… I am too emotional. I am in disbelief that this is happening.” Olivia said. She wanted to smile and assure the man that all was right, but more tears ended up gushing out of her eyes.
“You will get used to it with time. I just want you to be happy.” Ethan said. He could relate to how she was feeling because he, too, was feeling the same way. It was just that he knew how to mask his emotions more than she, so he was able to control the excitement that almost made him cry.
