  I woke up to Nicholas's obnoxious singing outside my door.   "Rise and shine, sunshine! We've got a ton of work to do, and I'm not doing it alone!" He yelled outside my door as he kept banging.   My head was hurting terribly and I had just managed to get some sleep after a night of tossing and turning.
