Chapter 10: The Final Chapter The trial was over, and Dr. Lee was found guilty on all counts. He was sentenced to life in prison, and the hospital was finally safe from his evil grasp. Dr. Stone, who had been watching the trial from the sidelines, couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. He had been right all along, and Dr. Lee had finally gotten what he deserved. As the detective and Elizabeth were leaving the courtroom, Dr. Stone approached them. "Well, well, well," he said, a sly smile spreading across his face. "Looks like justice has been served." The detective turned to him, a hint of annoyance in his voice. "Dr. Stone, what are you doing here?" Dr. Stone chuckled. "Oh, just enjoying the show. And I must say, it's been a wild ride." Elizabeth rolled her eyes. "You're enjoying this? People died because of Dr. Lee's actions." Dr. Stone shrugged. "Hey, I'm just keeping it real. And let's be honest, Dr. Lee got what was coming to him. He was a menace to society, and he needed to be stopped." The detective nodded in agreement. "I couldn't agree more. And I'm glad we were able to bring him down." Years went by, and Dr. Lee was serving his life sentence in prison. But then, one day, he was released on parole. Dr. Stone heard the news and couldn't help but smile. "Oh well, I guess you can live and die another day," he said to himself, shaking his head in disbelief. The detective and Elizabeth, who had since become close friends, heard the news and were outraged. "How could they let him out?" Elizabeth asked, her voice full of anger. The detective shook his head. "I don't know, but we'll be keeping an eye on him. He's not going to get away with anything again." Dr. Stone, who was watching from the sidelines, nodded in agreement. "Oh well, I guess you can live and die another day," he said again, this time with a hint of warning in his voice. "I can't believe they let him out," Elizabeth said, her voice full of frustration. "He's going to hurt someone else, I just know it." The detective put a hand on her shoulder. "We'll do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen," he said. "We'll be watching him closely, and we'll be ready to pounce if he makes one wrong move." Dr. Stone nodded in agreement. "I'll be keeping an eye on him too," he said. "And if he so much as looks at someone the wrong way, I'll be the first one to report him." The three of them stood there for a moment, watching as Dr. Lee walked out of the prison gates, a smug look on his face. "Well, I guess that's that," the detective said finally. "Let's just hope he doesn't get the chance to hurt anyone else." Dr. Stone nodded in agreement. "Oh well, I guess you can live and die another day," he said once again, this time with a hint of sadness in his voice. And with that, the story came full circle, with Dr. Lee's release from prison serving as a reminder that justice is never truly served, and that the cycle of life and death will always continue. The end.
