I knitted my brows as she mentioned my wife. What could be the reason why my secretary would call me about Anna?
“What is wrong with her?”
“I just kind of want to tell you that she is almost about to hold an emergency immediately with the board of directors and it seems like she is going to do something off the time frame.”
What? How could she have done that?
“Are you sure about this?”
“Yes. I am very sure about it. Just heard it from a friend that works for one of the directors. I just decided to tell you because you are my boss and I wouldn’t want anything to happen to you or your position in the office.”
