The rest of Nathaniel’s day was blur. He didn’t even know how he managed to function properly after that encounter and Andrew’s proposition. He knew he promised himself he wouldn’t do stuff with Andrew again, but it seemed that just by being close to him all the rational thoughts evaporates from his head.
Nathaniel was definitely perplexed by his own feebleness. He never behaved like this in his life. He wasn’t a cheater, he wasn’t one to be led by his carnal desires. This was something new, something unpredictable, but also utterly thrilling.
He was currently at the counter at Hamper’s serving the costumers. It was a slow night, there wasn’t too many people, which allowed him to wander off to Andrew of course.
I won’t do it, of course I won’t. Why would I? Why am I even considering it? It is completely wrong, and besides there is Allyssa, and she loves me. No, I won’t do it, he was frowning as he debated with himself. However, no matter how much he wanted to stop thinking about it he couldn’t, and no matter how much he convinced himself he wasn’t even considering it, he definitely was.
Every now and then, his thoughts would wander to how it would feel holding Andrew in his arms, caressing his body, and exploring with his lips, everywhere.
What is he doing now? Is he thinking about me, like I am him? Nathaniel thought of Andrew dreamily again as he propped his elbows on the counter. Why does he has such a pull over me, why does he wants me, is it just about s*x? Why me? Is he some kind of a gay? I never thought of that, but he is with that sleaze Isabelle. And what am I? I’m not gay, but I like him. Wait what, it’s impossible, just no. He is a boy and he is Andrew. And why am I thinking about him again? Nathaniel slouched on a counter in resignation and banging his head on the counter in frustration.
“Excuse me, sir. Something wrong?” A bewildered voice caused him to jolt straight up. His cheeks red with embarrassment of being caught in such a position, he responded, “I apologize, I was just having headache.” He trailed off, his cheeks becoming a darker shade of red.
“Anyway, what can I get you?” He asked the costumer, clearing his thought slightly, still embarrassed.
“Just a regular black coffee, please. I want a hard one.” The lady said politely, amused by the guy in front of him.
“Just hang a second, Ma’am. I’ll be back right away.” Nathaniel smiled, trying to compensate for the prior happening.
Why should I care about you, Andrew? He signed heavily as he turned to the machine to brew the coffee.
So many queries left unanswered.
Nathaniel discarded his clothes in haste, not caring if anyone might see him anymore. He needed it, and fast.
“Gross.” He winced when freezing water hit his hot skin. It was too cold, but he didn’t care, he needed to drive out all this all-consuming heat from his body. He stayed under the cold water for a couple of minutes, letting the cold water wash away all his lust.
When his teeth started to chatter from the cold, he decided to dried himself. He stepped out drying himself with a towel, and changing to his basketball uniform. Other guys will showed up soon, looking at him in surprise as to why he was showering before the practice. Harold voiced his question as soon as he entered the locker room.
“Why did you take shower before practice? You’ll just get sweaty again.” Harold asked his curiosity.
Because Andrew was taunting me whole day, and turning me on to the point of madness! Nathaniel thought to himself. But of course, he couldn’t say that out loud.
“I spilt something on myself.” Nathaniel shrugged, trying to act nonchalantly. He wanted to bang his head on the wall at his lame excuse. He didn’t have time to think whether it would seem weird since he had other things on his mind at the same time.
Today was hell, he was on the verge of confusedness. Andrew drove him crazy, at one point he might rip his clothes off in the middle of the class. His breathing became shallow as he thought of the sweet torture he was put through today. It all started when Andrew sat next to him on the second period. He shunned away some poor guy and stole his place besides Nathaniel.
Nathaniel was peering at him suspiciously expecting him to pull off something similar to yesterday. Twenty minutes passed and nothing, however Nathaniel wasn’t letting his guard down so easily this time.
Andrew didn’t do anything to him, he didn’t touch him once, at least not unintentionally. Every now and then, he would slightly gaze on the table. It was so subtle that Nathaniel was wondering if he was doing it on purpose.
But no matter how each touch was, it ignited little electricity sparks every single time. He glanced at Andrew from the corner of his eyes to see if he felt it too, but his face was unbearable, his eyes focused on the teacher. Nathaniel was confused. Maybe he was imagining things after all. But this was so unlike him, to be so serene. He focused his attention on the teacher, trying to ignore the brunet and the things he invoked in him. Couple of minutes later, he felt hot ear on his ear. “I knew it.” He stiffened in his seat.
“Excuse me, I can’t see what he wrote on the board.” Andrew whispered in his ear huskily as if he was talking dirty and not asking about the lecture. He leaned closure to Nathaniel, pressing his ass ever so slightly, just a hint of a touch. “Can I see your notes?” He whispered in his ear again, his hot breath creating goosebumps on Nathaniel’s neck.
Nathaniel was blushing hard completely aware of the sight, soft pressure on his arm. “Here.” He barely whimpered and pushed his notes towards now smirking Andrew.
“Thank you, Nathaniel.” Andrew drawled his name seductively finally retreating, allowing Nathaniel to huff out the breath he had held in.
His day was proceeded in the pretty much same tone. Wherever he saw Andrew, the guy was doing subtle but obscene things that drives him to nuts. Every now and then, he would lick his lips or would open his legs and grin at him maliciously. Then, came the last class, Nathaniel was happy that he wouldn’t have to sit to him in the last period, because there was no way he could explain that minion of him, Alec, why he sitting next to Nathaniel.
But the distance didn’t help him much because Andrew had to “accidentally drop” a pen and bend down and wink at him. Nathaniel wondered as lust overpowered him. He tore his eyes away when he noticed Andrew straightening. He was looking directly at him with those green eyes, a hint of smile playing on his lips. Nathaniel quickly turned away, embarrassed that he was caught staring.
Nathaniel sighed deeply as he walked towards the gym. If he didn’t know Andrew better, he would have thought that he was imagining things. But he knew him, and he was convinced Andrew was doing these things for intent and purposes, to taunt him, to seduce him, to dare him and to fall for him.
At night, Nathaniel didn’t sleep well, he dreamed of Andrew the whole night, and as a result he woke up all hot and bothered. He wondered when will all be the tortured be over, if ever? Commencing his day with a cold shower, he quickly grabbed breakfast and went to school.
He was preoccupied with his thoughts the whole time, not paying attention to the virtual world. He felt giddy with expectation, he wondered what sort of tortured Andrew prepared for him today. He knew all of this way getting out of control, but he just couldn’t say no to him. He didn’t want to dwell on the reason for his magnetic pull towards Andrew too much, because just mere thinking of it scared him. He knew he wanted Andrew, but was that the right thing to do? Should he simply succumb to his weakness, throw all he caution down the wind, and follow his whims and capricious?
He met with Allyssa at the entrance in the school. She was sweet as always, and he felt bad for even considering Andrew’s proportion when he had such a wonderful, caring girlfriend. Thankfully, he didn’t have classes with Andrew until after break hour, so he could relax in his lectures and think clearly.
Couple of hours later, Nathaniel was sitting in the school cafeteria with his friends. He was scanning for Andrew not even aware of what he was doing. His lips automatically spread in a small smile, and his heart fluttered at the sight of him. Andrew looked around, his indifferent mask in place. His eyes stopped on Nathaniel, their gazes meeting across the room. Nathaniel perked up and fuzziness in his stomach intensified.
Andrew tore his eyes away seemingly indifferent, but Nathaniel right through him. He caught that smile playing on the corners of Andrew’s mouth. Nathaniel smiled happily, he knew he was the one who elicited the smile on the ice king’s lips. He averted his gaze from Andrew, not wanting the brunet to notice him staring.
However, he couldn’t help but steal glances at him. He realized he missed Andrew’s teasing in the classes this morning. As if on cue, Andrew his eyes again, his green orbs sparkling with mischief. For the last time, he caught Andrew staring at him, then winked at him for the last wave. He bit his lower lip, not wanting to shriek in delight.
Oh! he must be planning something, Nathaniel stiffed in his seat averting his eyes from Andrew’s side. People at his table were busy chattering among each other, not his attention was consumed by Andrew. He peeked at him again, his eyes stayed glued to Andrew as he attentively followed his every motion.
