Chapter Two - what's going on ?

As I left my house to my restaurant, I met a parcel in front of my door, I picked it up and went back into the house. I opened it I met a letter from joey and I smirked this Rich chic won't just stop trying so I read it.

" I know I might be stalking you, frustrating you but I just want you to know I really really like you.

You make me feel butterflies and I know you don't like me the way I like you, cuz you make it clear to me through your actions but I would like to ask for a request from you.

There's a little book that has my wish list on it is a list of things I wrote 2 years ago, the things written there are what I would love to do once I fall in love and since you are the one I like please help me accomplish the things written in the list "

I took out the small white book and slipped it into my pocket and I went to the restaurant in my usual hoodie and a pair of black ripped jeans.

The atmosphere of restaurant was normal and it was fully packed since it was already lunch time. My restaurant was surrounded by a lot of companies ...trust me it took a lot of money for me to buy this land.

I felt someone staring at me so I turned towards the direction and my eyes love with Joey's. she turned back to her food and I stood there pissed.

I told her a lot of time not to stare at me. I kept looking at her, then she turned to my direction probably to steal a glance and our eyes locked again and she looked the way so I proceeded to where she was sitting.

"You were staring at me right?" I asked once she noticed my presence she gulped the food down.

"I told you a lot of time not to stare at me like that it's not comfortable" I added an she gave me a confused look.

" Alot of times ? But I just saw you like 2 minutes ago, it's not like I know you are something "she replied and my eyes widened with shock.

" Stop pretending Joanna, quit the game " I replied

"I don't know you and I'm not pretending could you please leave so I can eat in peace" she said and I looked around people that turn into our direction so I nodded or left.

What the heck is she doing I thought after giving me a wish list she's pretending not to know me. I walked into my office and Sat confused at what just happened when my best friend walked in . Noah and I own the restaurant, it took a lot of money for us to bring it to where it is presently.

" What's up with you you look derailed " he said and went to his table.

" I'm confused" I replied

" About what ?" He asked

" It's Joanna, I saw her and she pretended like she didn't know me"

" Joanna .... Joanna ... Who is she ?" He replied trying to figure out and my eyes widened in bewilderment.

" The Joanna I always tell u about, that keeps pestering me ... That I met like 4 months ago " I replied trying to make him remember

There was no way he had forgotten about her so quickly

"I think you need to rest cuz I don't remember you telling me about any Joanna girl" he replied and I facepalmed... Something's definitely going on.

"I know a Doctor who's really good with the brain" he added and I shot him a death glare.

I stood up and left the office I really needed to go back home, I noticed Joanna was leaving so I followed her and what happened after that was not a good experience at all.
