La Entanglement

CHAPTERTWO

Gabrielle and her sisters were roughly pushed into a cell, and they were locked in. Gabrielle, while clutching the cell’s gate, slid to the ground and sat there brooding on their fate. From their cell, they could see multiple other cells which seemed like there were people inside. Her sisters clutched onto her. They were terrified. They had never imagined their life would turn out this way.

Maybe she could get a clue, she had to fight to get her sisters out of this dungeon even if she had to pay with her life.

“Hello!! Is anyone there!” She called out to the other cells. She couldn’t see anybody because it was dim, but she was sure people were there. “Please! Can anyone hear me?” She yelled out one more time. Nobody answered. She had already given up ,when a tiny voice replied “Hello!” Gabrielle jolted up immediately. Maybe this is the clue she wanted.

“Please, who are these people? How long have you been here”, Gabrielle asked. When the voice didn’t reply again. Gabrielle refused to give up,at least now she knows someone is there. “My name is Gabrielle, my sisters are Aria and Sadie! I just want to know where we are! We were sold by our uncle and his wife!, please, we mean no harm”, Gabrielle continued, hoping it would elicit a response from the voice. She patiently waited.

Then the voice came“Hello! My name is Eliana, sorry! I didn’t reply earlier,I’m scared” she then continued with a sob“This is a s*****y organization for the mafia. The mafia comes here to buy slaves,so I was told by the girl I met in a cell when I was brought here”.

“She was sold the next day” Eliana broke into a sob.

“There’s another auction tonight ,where we will all be marched out for the Mafia’s lords to get a view of us and bid on us”another voice echoed. Gabrielle felt better. She was getting proper responses. While her two sisters’s fear intensified.

Then a voice said“It’s each person, one master! A master cannot bid on two people! So I doubt you and your sisters would make it to one master”. “Yeah! That’s true”, multiple voices affirmed.

Gabrielle instantly became distraught and afraid, she couldn’t bear being separated from her sisters. “Father Lord! Save us” she prayed. She sobbed silently at their ordeal.

Gabrielle decided to get to know everyone there, since it might be their last moment there and also to calm her nerves.

“How did you guys find yourselves here? Gabrielle asked them.

Eliana spoke up first.“My step-mother sold me to them. She is a greedy woman,who needs money to keep running her nonsense! Beauty-line which never has many customers.”

“My name is Kate.I was sold because my own brother incurred debt from a betting company and when they couldn’t find him to recover their money, they got hold of me and sold me to these people” a voice spoke out.

By the time they were all done with their stories, Gabrielle’s sisters were already asleep on her body. She couldn’t sleep despite being tired because she kept thinking about what the other captives said. What will happen to them if they end up with different masters? Would she ever see her sisters again? These thoughts and many more were running through her head. But alas! She succumbed to sleep.

They all woke to noise coming from outside.“Wake up! Wake-up! Rough voices sounded. Gabrielle saw as girls were pushed out of their cell ,not long. Not a masked guy stood in front of their own cell and opened it. They were pushed out of the cell and made to stand in a file with others. Gabrielle guessed the moment was here.

When they got into the main hall, there were the mafia lords seated. Many couldn’t wait to get new slaves and new s*x toys. Alas! They have grown weary of their old ones.

But only one Mafia Lord looked like he didn’t want to be there, no other than RICHARDO. The most ruthless mafia lord that no one has ever seen is his true face, because he is always wearing a noise mask and face cap but from the lines of his face not covered with the mask or cap,it could be seen that he is a fine ass man.

Richardo is just there because it's been a while, and he thinks he might need an extra slave.

The first slave climbed the stage and the bidding started:“$2000”,“$2000,going!!!!???gone”. They continued like that. Eliana was lucky to be sold to a Mafia lord that wasn’t bad anyway. If there’s anything,they prayed not to get sold to Richardo because of how ruthless they all heard he is.He doesn’t show mercy.

Richardo was raising his head the same moment Gabrielle was being pushed to the stage and how her sisters refused to let go.But something else caught his attention aside. He noticed She was a fine lad with a fine shape and his groin twitched at that thought. He was instantly determined to go home with her that day,even if it meant buying her together with her sisters.Richardo saw how the other Mafia lords were lusting after Gabrielle.

“$10,000” Richardo spoke out immediately. Everybody in that hall was surprised that Richardo was bidding that high for a slave. But Ethos,another mafia Lord who is a rival to Richardo,also had his eyes on her too.“$30,000” Ethos bids.Richardo smiled behind the mask and raised his bidding board once again.“$100,000” everywhere went quiet. Ethos wanted to bid again but he knew he was nowhere close to Richardo when it came to money,so he grudgingly let it go. “$100,000,going!!!!gone”Gabrielle was taken to Richardo and made to sit beside him on the floor,just like the other slaves till the show ends.

Gabrielle’s sister Aria was the next person brought on stage. Gabrielle didn’t know what to do. In a moment of desperation,she clutched to Richardo's foot and When Richardo looked down at her,she muttered“Please buy her! She is young,she is naive!”Richardo didn’t say anything but shook off her hand. He hated physical contact.

Gabrielle had already lost hope of her request being granted, bidding already started. As the hammer wanted to fall on the “$5,000”bidding by one of the Mafia Lords. Richardo finally raised his bidding board to“$10,000”. Gabrielle was instantly surprised and grateful at the same time.“$10,000” ,going!!!!,gone” Aria was pushed to sit down beside Gabrielle,who hugged her sobbing quietly and grateful to Richardo.

Why did Richardo break the Mafia Lord’s rule for Gabrielle?? What exactly was going through his mind?
