Pastor Sherwood was dumb struck by awe and disbelief for a moment there. It was hard to tell if he was angry, disappointed or both but Bethany could tell he didn't look good. Fear set in making her situation even worse, if Sherwood couldn’t help then she had no one else on earth to run to.
