-ARIA- "You need to let your thoughts flow without grabbing onto them," Xavier tried to explain as we sat down with our smoothies. I told him I was too stressed to meet today, but he didn’t budge. Instead, he suggested I join him for his yoga class. I used to be so much more active when I lived abroad. I rode my bike everywhere — to the university, around the city, even on weekends. I loved wandering through the mountains, swimming, and doing all sorts of outdoor activities. But in the months since I joined Mars Logistics, all of that slipped into the background. Riding a bike in LA traffic feels like a death wish, and I’m not exactly thrilled by the idea of lifting weights in Logan’s state-of-the-art gym either. Yoga, though, seemed like a good start.
