The case file was scarce on information. Jackson Spike was a rogue wolf, as far as Madison could figure out. She couldn’t find any pack ties, and Cillian had never heard of him. Cillian was upset about the situation though. He didn’t believe the charges, and he urged Madison to think of a solution besides death. If there was one, Madison couldn’t see it. The council wanted to see this man punished, and Madison had to make that happen. It wasn't in her nature, however, so solutions didn't quite jump out at her.
