6: Weather “Black sky at night, sailor’s delight. Black sky in the morning, the sailors take warning.”~ John 7:22 It was cold when he woke up. Was he awake? It was hard to tell with no sources of light in the room. Frank blinked twice and rolled over. He could certainly feel his body moving, but since the black behind his eyelids matched the black without it was as if he were immersed in an endless dark sea... or the bottom of a lake. Frank began thrashing, trying to induce some change in his vision, and ended up rolling out of bed and smacking onto the floor for his effort. God the ground was freezing.
