Flee

I woke up on the cold stone stage with a blanket of snow covering my body. It felt amazing on the branding mark I had on the back of my neck. I was nighttime and the sky was pitch dark, That's why we are called the Eclipse Pack. The moon goddess cursed the land and the pack five years ago when they had slaughtered another pack. Even little babies were murdered. Not only do we never get to see the moon but anytime the men turn into their wolves it is as painful as their first turn. The women are forbidden to turn if one of them disobeys they are given wolves bane and it does one of two things either kills their wolf making the person go insane or kills them both. I know i cant move, I cant get up from this spot until I am released. If i do, even to use the restroom I would be whipped. So i sit on my knees and wait for a command. I sense him staring down at me. I close my eyes and try to save off the cold that is racking my body. That's when I heard a whisper. At first it was so quiet I thought it was the wind. Then it got louder and I knew what I was hearing.  My wolf. 

"Flee, now he is not watching. Run and don't stop."

"What?! They will catch me and kill me!"

"Look I know I am late coming but you have to trust me! You wont survive here.! Would you rather die here or running trying to get your freedom?"

She was right but I was scared. Every ounce of me knew that this moment would be my last alone and if I was smart I would seize the opportunity. With one final glance I took off as fast as i could towards the border of the pack. Once I crossed it he would know and I would be on borrowed time. However the minute I crossed was the most joyous moment of my life. I felt a freedom I had never felt and my body got a burst of energy. Right then I heard the loud demonic roar that came from the pack house. The hell hounds were right on my trail in seconds. My only saving grace was the river. It moved faster than I could ever run so my only choice was to jump. I felt Alpha's teeth graze over my leg as I leapt into the water, a second late and i would have been caught. He was roaring angry with me for escaping. Except his roar got louder the further I got away. I turned to face the defining roar of a large waterfall. I had to make a final choice and it was easy dead or alive I was escaping him. With that i allowed gravity to pull me into the depths of the waters. 

(Silas POV)

I watched her as she woke up and knelled down on the stone. Her body being bathed in the light of the packhouse. I stared at the perfect girl I had chosen for my Luna. I turned away from the window as Amber walked into my office. She was my secondchance mate. My first being killed by a group of nasty humans. I would have loved Amber but she was the biggest s**t in the pack and enjoyed how i allowed the men to have any woman. She disgusted me. It was because of her that I quit believing in mates and started to forbid anybody in my pack from having one. They made you weak and jealous. So when I decided we needed more power I found the strongest pack I could and took them down. They were celebrating the birthday of their Alphas youngest daughter. So sweet and innocent. She will be my Luna, I decided.. I had a witch spell a force field around her as I showered the pack house with wolves bane. No one ever knew her real identity and no one would ever know. I was disappointed when her wolf never surfaced but it didn't matter she was mine.

 Amber's arms trailed down my body and without hesitation she took my large c**k into her mouth. I shoved myself down so hard into her throat that I knew she couldnt breath. I was so sick of her that as i was releasing I shifted into my wolf and killed her with my shear size. Her body lay in a pool of blood on the floor. 

All the sudden I felt a surge go through me, someone had crossed the border and left the pack. I looked down about to release Tia from her position so he could deal with the traitor when he saw she was gone. His roar ripped through him and the packhouse suddenly exploded as all the men shifted and ran after her.  

They caught up to her at the river. Her small body just on the edge of the bank. he sped up and gashed his teeth at her as she jumped in. Missed, he wast too late. He ran up the bank trying to get a good spot to grab her when she disappeared over the falls and into dark oblivion.
