Walking to leave the storage room, Qeiza sometimes glanced at Chin Hwa. She was overwhelmed for realizing that he had come on the right time and become her guardian angel.
“You should have still been in the meeting room. Why could you suddenly appear in the storage room?”
The question just slipped out of Qeiza’s mouth. She could never hold back her curiosity.
“Ah, that’s … earlier I phoned you,” said Chin Hwa. “As you didn’t answer my calls, so … I was looking for you.”
“Really?”
Quickly Qeiza checked her phone. That’s true. Chin Hwa had called her repeatedly.
“I’m so sorry,” said Qeiza. “Did you need a hand?”
“Not anymore,” said Chin Hwa. “The meeting’s over.”
