Destined Alpha

A little bit Faith!!

I was thankful that Alpha didn't ask anything more about me or my wolf.

Heck I didn't even know his name!! How was I supposed to respond to that question?? I couldn't just open up to him right that instant. He slaughtered my Pack, my Family. How was I supposed to trust him with my deepest secret?? When we reached the 'Asher Pack' territory, every member at the border howled to congratulate their Pack member, which I wasn't. In front of the Pack house, everyone was standing to welcome their soon to be Alpha. I could see an older version of my savior. Maybe he was the current Alpha of this pack.

"My, my!! We have a guest here I can see!!" A beautiful blond lady said seeing me. She had that similar pitch black eyes like my savior, or should I say my Alpha because he called me his Luna.

"Who is she, Ben??" The current Alpha of the pack asked my Alpha, whose name I suppose was Ben.

"Alpha Damien's daughter." Wohh..... That's the worst way to introduce someone whose pack you guys just killed. Everyone around me growled at that statement. Even the Alpha and the kind lady couldn't suppress their shock.  That was given. You don't bring your enemy's daughter home after killing them. And about finding that lady kind, I thought she was kind, couldn't imagine her being rough with that beauty and elegance. Again you shouldn't judge a book by its cover so I guess I would be able to find out If I survive this introduction, which I think I wouldn't. 

Ben growled back to all of them and everyone stiffened. Well, that's a sight to watch. figures why he was the soon to be alpha. In my pack, father wasn't able to stiffen members other than omega. Which is why my wolf is not with me. Well, she is with me but she's caged. Even the pack doctor also said I could die like this and mother father didn't even bother, Fortunately I was strong enough to survive which I didn't wanted but I did.                                     

"She is my mate. My Luna!! I hope you understand dad!!" I looked at him. How could he accept me so bluntly?? He didn't even know me?? I knew mate bonding was strong but I never thought anyone would be that much foolish to like me!!

They seemed to talk though their pack link. I wondered how that felt?? I never got the chance to experience it.

"Oh dear!! Come I'll help you wash!!" The beautiful lady who was the Luna of this pack took me inside.

"You know, you are very much pretty!! I never thought I'll get this much pretty daughter. I am soo happyy!!" She squealed like a child. I smiled at her childishness. I didn't even know how long it was that I smiled at something like this childish!! Could I really trust them??

After shower I was resting at a room that Margaret showed me. It was really funny to know that the Luna's name is also Margaret. I wanted to keep her calling Luna but she Insisted me to call her by her name. She was very kind to me, like a mother. We laughed the whole freshen up time. It felt light. Suddenly the door of the room opened.

"I'm sorry!! Were you sleeping??" Ben seems uncomfortable?? They were so good to me. I guess he needed a little peace of mind also.

"Thanks, Alpha Ben!!!"

I never thought there could a life where I would hope I could live better. But Ben, Margaret showed me that much kindness that I was for the first time having those hopes. Ben sat beside me on the bed.

"Let's have a small talk. First tell me your name, I should've asked that sooner but nevermind!!"

I chuckled at his statement. I could understand from where he got those humors. It was from his mother.

"Margaret"

"Nooo!!!! Noooo!!!!!" He stood up and there was a realization thing working on his face.

"What's wrong??" I was dumbfounded.

"MY mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother's name was also Margaret. I mean the heck!!"

"That's some history!!"

"I know right!!" He was standing there laughing , hands on his waist. He was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen!! Then something snaps inside me. I felt so sharp like glass piercing. I clutched my hand around my heart.

"Luna..... Luna what's wrong?? Hey!!" Suddenly Ben hold me in his arms, fear clear in his eyes. But only one word came out of my mouth.

"Juls....."

"Juls who??? Wait I'll call the doctor." But I stopped Ben. I gestured him to stay with me. After a moment the pain was finally going away and I was able to breathe. I looked at Ben. He was CRYING??

"Hey, What's wrong??"

I wiped his tears. Oh boy!! Seeing a guy cry, also for me was a new thing. I couldn't understand how to react!! "Hey!! I'm fine!!!!"

"Whose Juls?? What happened to you?? I was terrified. I thought I lost you!!!"

"Why do you care so much??" Because it couldn't be love. Love at first sight is a bullshit.

"I was born as a lone wolf. I wasn't destined to have a mate. But now having it feels so overwhelming that I don't want to lose it!!" What??? He was a lone wolf?? Was this what a second chance meant?? For him and also for me??

"I wasn't dying. My wolf is chained. I can't feel her but for the first time in a while I felt her. Like she or the both of us broke a tiny part of that chain." I stroked his back. Being a lone wolf and Got rejected by your mate was kind of similar. Both felt immense pain for their whole life.

"Who chained your wolf??" Ben growled. He was furious. His ocean blue eyes were visible. I could tell his wolf was taking over. So I gripped his hand ensuring him I'm alright.

"My father."
