Everly One week later. The test is laid on my desk, I wait for Professor Joshua to turn around and hand out the tests to the other students and finally face the paper in front of me. 2. I got a 2. My shoulders slump as if the weight of the world is on them. How will I go to college? What will I do to graduate? I rub my face with my hands trying to relieve the frustration I feel inside me. It's more like a volcano about to erupt. The bell goes off, it seems like God heard my thoughts, because what I want most is to get out of here, get home, and bury my face in the pillow. "Everly, wait a minute, please?" I stop my almost run to the exit, other students leaving look at me with obvious envy. To hell with them. To hell with everyone. I turn to Joshua, he waits for the other students
