Kyoko’s body went taunt as her aura flared brightly with an electric blue hue.
“It’s too late,” The demon screamed as it shot from her wound into Hyakuhei, knocking some of the crystals from his hand. The rest were absorbed into the creature during its flight from Kyoko’s body. It savored the boost in power and hummed sadistically when it started once more to curl around Hyakuhei’s soul… making a rather interesting discovery as it did so. “It seems the demons inside you have gone to sleep… shall I awaken them once again.”
