It took me half an hour, but I found a stand that is as close as a braai and not a grill or a Webber, as I could get. It took me another half an hour to find really good pieces of fillet, and let me tell you, it was freaken expensive. If I wasn’t trying to impress Dalon and Brian, I would’ve settled for the first piece of meat that looked decent.
Thanks to the fact that I will be hanging out with the formula 1 starts, I was able to convince the hotel to borrow us the rooftop for two more hours, to give us time to braai and eat before the party will start with the DJ and alcohol that I know will have a few people man down by the amount that was already being brought up.
