I can see now that Princess Isabelle is not just some fine polished princess, highly intelligent and talented, competitive, yet mild tempered. Isabelle also appreciates beautiful works of art, nature, and also has a healthy appreciation for a bit of fun and excitement in her life.
Seeing her enjoying the hockey game, cheering for ‘her team’, was a revelation. I thought at first that she had included the game as a sort of consolation prize for putting up with the rest of her plans for the day, even though I had enjoyed it for the most part. The aquarium was a little boring for me, but she had obviously enjoyed it very much so I had said nothing about that. The Chihuly glass museum was unique and interesting though, and I had enjoyed the beautiful creations very much.
