Her eyes held unspoken Majesty, her face was as beautiful as a moon. She excluded a powerful aura but in front of Adrian, it was still lesser.
"She's Tisha, Princess of the Mermaid World" Adrian informed calmly. Avery extended her hand for a handshake but Tisha just glanced over her before she diverted her attention to Adrian, completely ignoring her. Avery was embarrassed. She was already feeling as if she didn't belong here but this incident made her more flustered. "Adrian, How….." before she could say anything. Adrian ignored her, took Avery's hand in hers and started walking away before she called out "Adrian, I'm talking to you" she seethed out in anger, her finger nails digging in her palm.
"You got the same treatment like my wife got from you, Tisha. I won't tolerate anyone disrespecting her" Adrian defended Avery. No matter what, she was his wife even if it was for a few months. He wouldn't tolerate disrespect towards her. The woman gritted her teeth as she stared a hole in Avery's back. She'll take revenge for this attitude. How can Adrian treat her this way over a mere girl! Avery just glanced from the corner of her eyes towards her husband, a smile crept up her face unknowingly.
