The crowd was enjoying the after party, drinking and eating and just laughing. It was packed with people from every background. "I'll introduce you to others, just smile politely if you don't know what to say, I'll manage everything, and don't mess it up" Adrian said rudely as he held her hand to put up on a show and plastered a fake smile on his handsome face. "Do you think I'm a fool?" She huffed. What the hell does he think of himself huh? She's not a stupid girl. She smiled politely and the newly married couple walked up to a man dressed in a suit, his face was horrifically pale and eyes had dark circles but his aura was domineering.
"Meet him, honey. He's the CEO of Russell Corporation Mr. Victor Russell, he's the head of vampire society" the middle aged man extended his hand for a handshake and Avery shook it hesitantly. The man congratulated and talked a little before the couple moved on to a few others, all congratulated them and had a small talk with them. Fae, werewolf, vampire, unicorn and many before they met with the girl Avery saw earlier. She smiled devilishly as the couple approached her.
