Chapter 31
Avery giggled at the spectacle in front of her, a half naked man fell head back into the jacuzzi. "Serves you right, you fell yourself in the pit which you dug for me Adrian"
Adrian was too embarrassed to say anything "Keep your mouth shut, woman" he seethed out from gritted teeth before he came out of the jacuzzi.
"Well, you see I have seen way too much reptiles than you in my childhood Mr. King" she chuckled but sealed her lips quickly as she noticed the irritated Adrian. It was much cooler at night and to make matters worse he fell into cold water, he shivered a little before he dried himself off and came out of the bathroom.
The night went by and they dozed off. In the middle of the night, Avery was woken up by coughing. She looked over at him and tried to sleep again
