Chapter 29 Adrian was in his study when someone knocked on his door. "Come in" he allowed nonchalantly without even looking up from his desktop. Kyle came into the room, bowed down to Adrian with his hands crossed behind his back before he spoke up "I didn't really find anything Your majesty except.." he took a pause and hesitated to speak further. "Except what?" Adrian looked up at his face and questioned him with a stern look on his face. "I asked around in the market and some commoners said that they had seen Lady Avery in the market earlier" Adrian guessed it the day when Avery came into the room like a thief, he had prohibited her from going out of the palace without him as he was aware of the danger that was lurking around him and now Avery too as she's his wife.
