“I forgot the condom!”
I replayed that sentence once, twice--- and a third time just to be sure, but I still didn’t get it. Sure, I understood the words, but… nope, my brain refused to acknowledge what they meant.
Frowning I looked up at Luka, who had an absolutely panic-stricken expression on his face. And considering that the man never – and I sincerely mean NEVER! – showed any emotions, it was enough to finally stir an actual reaction out of me.
“WHAT?!”
My mouth hung open as I met his gray gaze, regret and panic swirling in equal measures there and probably mirrored my own expression. Because--- No! Just--- NO WAY! Did he really come inside me! That was a joke. It had to be! Because I desperately wanted it to be and really, REALLY needed it to be…
