The door of Mhia's office in the flower shop slammed open. She was there that day because they had their monthly inventory. She had left Kaia at the farm.
She furrowed her brow when she stood up and saw Adreianne barging in as if she was going to war.
"What brought you—"
Her words were cut off by a loud slap.
"Snake! Homewrecker! Backstabber! B*tch!" Adreianne spat words after words.
Mhia turned to face her, her now reddish cheek stinging. "What are you saying?" Her eyes flashed with questioning anger.
"Why, Mhia, huh? Don't you see any other men that you have to go after my husband?" Adreianne words pierced. Her staff and some customers outside were now watching them.
"Watch your mouth, Adreianne. Because I never did what you're accusing me of," she responded ice-cold.
