Fated love of Prince Enrique

Announcment

"Surprise ? Is that even a surprise mother?" Enrique furiously asked her. He was not at all happy with his father's surprise gift. He was not ready for it. Johan was surprised too including her mother Goneril. Her dream of putting his own son on the throne was slipping from her hand. 

Goneril's P.O.V

"Mother , did you hear?" Giana came running towards her mom.

I saw everything, you did not have to tell me anything. 

"That means you know it already that it was going to happen."

"No, king did not tell me anything. I was with him yesterday night but he has not shared me anything about this. If he has told me, I might have stop it somehow. This marriage can't be happen. I have to do something. If this happens, Julian will be more powerful. My son ... my son... where is he ?" 

"Mother, what happen to you?" Giana held her hand tightly. She thought her mother going to fall. She took her inside her room. Rylee who was walking in the corridor was mistaken as a servant and Giana called her out for help. 

"Where to take her my highness?" She asked hesitantly. 

"Don't you know where to take her?" Giana responded nastily. 

"I am new here, I don't know much about the palace?" She stammered while saying. They reached their room and she left.

"Mother Are you ok?" Giana made her lay on the bed.

"I am fine … call my son. I will have conversation with him." 

This was a decision in haste. I could not allow this to be happened so early. I would have to do anything to stop it somehow. Julian was already a crown queen and if his son sat in the throne, she would be the supreme grand queen. Her orders would be final, legal. She would go to any extent to throw us out of this palace. Johan … Johan will be left alone. He will either be sent to assist a war or a battle. I could not allow this injustice to happen with my son. I would have to do something to make Johan as the king. This marriage could not happen. 

Goneril was very upset with the King's decision. She was not expecting this to happen so early. Even though she had spent a night with him, the king had not spoken about it. Her dreams were slowly getting shattered. If Prince Enrique sit on the throne, Julian will be extremely powerful as 'Mother Grand queen'.  Goneril's nerve was getting down, she believed that if they get position and powerful, they would be the first one to thrown out of the palace. From the very beginning, Goneril hated Julian because when she was a just a wife, she had most of the time with the king. Within a short period of time, she became his favourite and most loving wife. This was what enraged Goneril a lot and she was envious of her. When Julian titled as 'Crown Queen' she hoped that it would be difficult later to remove her from position. But now with the recent announcement, everything tuned into a turmoil. Her chances of becoming the grand mother queen was zero. 

(After few minutes Alexa entered the room)

" Mum, mum,  I am hungry, I want to eat something, I could not find Azmira mother." She said in her childish voice rubbing her mother's feet and hands. Goneril was so lost in her own thinking that she did not pay any heed to her little five years old daughter. Alexa was the fruit of Goneril's over greediness of having an another son . She assumed of having a another boy would make her presence in palace as an important mark. But when she gave birth to a girl child, her hopes were crushed again. Goneril loved Giana and Johan but not Alexa much. Her love towards Alexa got lessened more and more due to her over attentiveness to wards Johan to make him as the future king. Whenever Alexa needed pampering by her mother, she handed her over to Azmira and that's the reason why Azmira spent most of her time with little princess. She was more like a mother to her. 

(Someone knocked the door and Giana entered)

"I bought you food," Giana kept a bowl and plate on the table. Alexa was just loitering in the room. 

"Take her away, where is Azmira? why did she leave her alone." Goneril shouted at Giana. "I am having head pain. I don't need this food and water. He can't be the king. Where is Johan? Did I not tell you to bring him?"

"I searched him there but since there were lot of people , I could not find him in the crowd." Giana said in a low voice. 

"So they are celebrating." 

"Mother you need to eat this food..." Before Giana completed her sentence, her mother cut her in middle.

"I won't eat anything until I fulfill what I have dreamed of. "

"Mother...Should I eat this?" Alexa who was loitering in rom felt famished seeing the food on the table. She was so ignored by her mother and elder sister that she started crying. 

"ohhh! take her away, she is eating my head. I am not used to this nuisance." Goneril woofed at her. 

Giana abruptly got up from her seat and held her little sister's hand tightly. Alexa started crying in pain. She tried to free herself from the grip but could not and she wept more and more. Giana shouted outside calling a maid but no response came. Since she was hungry, she handed her to Rylee who standing there. 

"Where is Kamilla?" Giana asked to Rylee who was standing , keeping head down. " Are you here the new maid?" Rylee nodded her head but she forgot to say that she was the new cook here and not as maid. But most of them mistook her as a new maid.

"Feed her something and take her to Azmira's room."
