Jimmi slumped into his chair, exhausted from the day’s work, when Lea, his secretary, came in and announced the arrival of the new clients for the electrical projects.
“They’re here, Mr. Solade.”
“I’ll be right there, Lea,” he said, smiling. She beamed back before shutting the door behind her.
Being the boss was a lot of work, he had to admit, but it was nothing he couldn’t handle.
After what felt like hours of a really crucial meeting, he decided to go home for the day. His phone buzzed in his pocket. He pulled it out, pressed the power button, and swiped to unlock it. He smiled at the message he received from his girlfriend on w******p.
BAE: Hey, sweetie. I made dinner. Wanna come over and talk?
ME: Are you sure you just want to talk… or do more?
He replied promptly.
BAE: Weeeell, that’s left for you to find out 😉
ME: Oya na, let’s go there. I’ll show in 30 minutes. Better start stretching before I get there.
BAE: You are so insane. LWKMD! …Trust na, I’m always stretched for you.
ME: You’re lucky I’m not there right now… I dey come… see you.
He had met Amaka in university years back, and they had been dating for two years now. She was a law student and the sister of his roommate, Chima. When he first saw her, he admitted she was very beautiful, but nothing sparked because he was still getting over Efua. Efua was the only girl he had ever truly seen. There were a lot of things he would have loved to tell her, but he didn’t get the chance. Chima made him face reality and realize that he might never see her again. Even if he did, the chances of meeting her single were slim. Amaka and he became close friends, and as time went on, he started developing feelings for her. He didn’t ask her out until a year ago. He pulled up at her gate and honked before seeing Musa peek through the peephole and disappear to open the gate. He parked in an empty space in the spacious compound. Musa ran to him in his oversized jalabia and greeted him in his thick Hausa accent, trying to form a correct sentence but failing miserably. Solade laughed, shook his head at how foolish Musa looked, nodded a reply, and made his way to the house. He walked in to meet a very romantic atmosphere. The house was dimmed with red and purple lights. The dining table was set with candles and flowers. Wine, serviettes, glass cups, and dishes of dinner were arranged on the glass surface. The mouthwatering scent of fried rice and goat meat pepper soup filled the air. As he made his way to the dining table, a voice drifted from the cool music playing — Adekunle Gold’s “Orente.” He turned and saw Amaka sitting seductively on the couch, which he had missed earlier. She wore a long silk robe, undone, exposing the red bikini she had on underneath.
“Wouldn’t you want to skip to dessert first?” she said, smirking. He grinned devilishly as he walked over to her.
“I don’t know. Do people do that?” he said, hovering over her. She stood, and he pulled her forcefully to his chest. She gasped, and he smirked. He was about to speak, but she placed a finger on his lips, raised one of her legs acrobatically to his upper arm, and he settled it on his shoulder.
“Shut up and kiss me.”He crashed their lips together, and they kissed harshly. The kiss was full of desperation and lust. It felt like they had both been starving for days and had finally gotten the chance to eat. He trailed his lips down her jawline, found her sweet spot, and lingered there. She moaned and arched her back as he cupped her right breast with his hand, teasing her n*****s and leaving hickeys all over her neck. She stroked his throbbing member through his black slacks, focusing on the head. He grunted and hissed at the feeling. She later wrapped her legs around his waist, and he guided them to her room for the rest of the fun.
