The Demand
Breakfast was nice today we all sat together like one happy family aside from Onyx's parents who refused to leave his brothers side. I am still trying to wrap my head around my best friend and brother being mates but what is more weird is Jace being mated to little Emily. She had just turned seventeen and shifted for the first time days before arriving for the ball. Koda even told me why they had been acting so weird, they knew Onyx was my mate the whole time. Apparently the day Jace came to decide if I was a good fit for the army his wolf wanted to bow down to me. But Onyx had to find me himself, which was somewhat of a disaster. The Goddess works in strange ways, unfortunately Koda is still alone, though he doesnt seem to mind. But everything seems to be going surprisingly well so far.
