The party continued after Alpha and Alex left but I began to feel a little unease maybe it’s because of my bond with Alex. They left in a hurry that I didn’t notice at first that she was gone. It was only when I asked Miguel and Jaime where Alex was. They both said she went to town with the Alpha.
I was planning on asking her to dance with me since the dance floor has been occupied by our friends who sang and dance to the beat of the guitar. I guess that could wait until later when she comes back.
While I was lost in my thoughts, Miguel came near me and he sat beside me. “Hey birthday girl, would you like to dance?” He said while offering his hand towards me to take.
“Sure Miggy. Everyone is dancing already it’s time for me to join them as well.” I said while smiling.
