I took over from Jaime in overseeing the interrogation. He was very firm, it has been two days of non-stop torture. Yet, he is still saying the same thing over and over again. This time I ordered for him to be blindfolded and his feet be soaked in boiled water. Every time, he doesn’t answer or he doesn’t tell us what we want to hear. His feet will be dipped in the water.
