Ghost World's Blood Pool

It was nightfall before Bia Xiao was finished with his training, his body was refreshed and filled with a lot of energy. He could feel every cell inside of his breathing, it was as if they had a life of their own.

"I never knew that cultivation could feel so good"

Bia Xiao stood up feeling refresh like an early morning spring breeze, though he hadn't opened a new Meridian channel, his body did improve in its strength even if it wasn't by a lot. The burning sensation had also gone away when he had just finished with his practice.

"This Mountain Valley Spear style truly is something. Even that space would reduce me to nothing but a near-dead fish"

Bia Xiao thought of the experiences he had inside of the strange white space, the image of the young Zeng Zue, and the imparting of the Dao of spears. The knowledge he had gained was substantially great, he was able to comprehend everything in one go.

"I didn't know my comprehension ability was so great. And this space was it my mind that entered or was it my body?"

Bia Xiao pondered about the space, he didn't know what to think. If it was his mind and not even body, then he could not be careless like how he had been today. If his body was found while in that kind of state, there is a possibility of him losing his life.

But if it was a case where his entire body was pulled into that space then it was a good thing. But after leaving the space, his body would have exhausted and he would have to cultivate to restore himself to his peak condition.

"Is this how the training for my body will go from here on out or is it because this is my first time and I'm lacking the true understanding of this space"

Bia Xiao entered a pondering motion for a very long time, he truly wanted to understand the ins and out of the strange space. While he was in there if it was by normal worldly calculations, he should've been in there for 5 days.

"This isn't right. It seems like I've been in there for 5 days but checking out here, it only seemed as if also a day had passed. How weird, is there such a thing"

Bia Xiao took up the Myriad Beast Spear as he pondered on the words of Zeng Zue. The spear is it's own Dao of heaven and earth, myriad beasts, refers to all forms of beasts, whether it was in nature to be as brutal as can be or to be a patient as water trying to reshape a rock.

"Since I gained the Celestial Seizing Core, I've only learned three techniques so far. Shadowless and The Mountain Valley Spear style, I haven't truly gotten ahold of Death Seeker yet so doesn't account for much. I wonder how many applications does Shadowless have?"

Bia Xiao started to walk further and further into the forest while thinking about all the things he had been through. He even thought about the death of the Gue youths he had killed, such as Gue Man and Gue Henex.

He didn't know the name of the first youth he had killed but, he had killed him nonetheless and his blood was on his hands. He was very young, for food he had killed many wild animals but humans were a different many.

"I will only kill if I must. If you don't cross me, I won't cross you, that's my bottom line"

The nameless forest that Bia Xiao was in was very large, it covered hundreds of miles of land and was used as a border to separate the Bia, Feng, and the Meng clan. One could also use the forest to access the main roads which would lead to other clans but these clans were in the farthest areas of the surrounding area and would take weeks or months to get to, such as the Gue Clan.

The deeper one went into the forest, the more dangerous it would become. The forest area that was near to the Bia Clan was mostly destroyed but not the nameless forest as a whole, Bia Xiao had no special locations or destination in mind, he was just walking and going.

"Father had once said that to become stronger, I must first weather the storm and not be like a flower in a greenhouse. Not knowing wind or rain. I must experience battle and own myself"

Bia Xiao held the Myriad Beast Spear in his hand which seemed to be getting heavier. He wasn't sure if it was his mind or something else but he could for sure say that the spear felt much heavier than when he had first gotten it.

"I need to store you somehow. Walking around with you in my hand is tiring"

After walking for two hours in the night, Bia Xiao took a seat on a large tree branch, he was looking at the several makings on the spears surfaces.

"The formation within the spear was able to impart to me the Mountain Valley Spear style. I wonder if that's the place where I should focus on learning new skills."

Throughout the day, the only thing Bia Xiao had been doing was pondering on the path he should take going forward. He if only cultivated without any form of direction, then it was unavoidable for one to go down the wrong path.

Just as Bia Xiao was pondering about the matters of the formations hidden with the Myriad Beast Spear, he heard a sound coming from deep within the forest. It sounded like the roars of the beasts yet not, it was very strange and it sent a chill down his back.

"What is that?"

Bia Xiao jumped down from the branch he was on, he looked in the direction of the sound, wondering if he should go take a look or not. One had to know that the forest was easily accessible to the three major clans and even outside forces could easily sneak in if they wanted to.

Not to mention that the deeper one went into the forest, the more dangerous and life-threatening it would get. Hundreds of warriors died in this forest every year, whether they were killed by other martial artists, demonic beasts, or died when training due to some strange reason. Nonetheless, they died regardless.

"Let's take a look. If it's a dangerous situation, I'll retreat with shadowless"

Bia Xiao made up his mind as he dashed towards the source of the sound. It took him fifteen minutes to reach the location as he hid between the bushes looking at four middle-aged men standing around a fire.

In the middle of the fire was a pool of black liquid that smelt like blood. To the side of the pool was the body of a young female who was tied to and crying none stop. The pool was bubbling up and the strange sound was coming from the black pool.

"What is going on here?"

Bia Xiao was shocked to see the four men and tied up girl but the black pool gave him a sense of dread fear that shook his very soul.

"What kind of people is that"

The bubbling of the pool became intense as the sounds got louder and louder. It sounded as if ghosts were hidden within the pool of black blood and was trying their very best to cross over from somewhere.

"Raise and awaken lord Hun, awaken and let the ghost gates of the ghost world be opened in your name"

The middle-aged men chanted none stop as they raised their hands in the air, the screams of the young girl became louder as a dark figure screaming slowly rose from the pool.

"Stop let me go, please I beg of you"

The young girl cried and screamed but she was ignored by the chanting men. When the dark figure covered in black blood stepped out of the pool, the four men took out a knife and cut their throats.

"What the hell"

Bia Xiao's eyes opened wide after seeing this, the four men didn't even hesitate to take their own lives. Seeing this, his legs became weak all of a sudden and it was as if his life force was draining.

"I must get out of here"

Bia Xiao took a step back, but his foot landed on a twig and snapped it in two. The blood figure turns to look in Bia Xiao's direction and it was as if he was hit by a bus, his body flew backward and hit a tree, breaking it in half.

"Guh"

Bia Xiao spat out a mouthful of blood with a pale face, his organs felt as if they had been missed placed and his body felt so much pain with four ribs being broken. Just one look from the blood figure and he was almost killed.

"Rraaarr"

The blood figure screams again as the blood in the bodies of the four men was absorbed by it. After doing all of this, the blood figure turned into blood liquid and flew into the mouth of the young girl. The girl's body began to shake frantically, her eyes became black and her body radiated with an aura of death as it slowly stood up
