Hard at Work

When the guard went into the hall, he saw several elders, who he had to pay his respects. After doing all this, the elders allowed him to head over to where Bia Ginze was located. He stood before a door and knocked twice before waiting for a response.

"Enter"

The Voice of Bia Anue sounded out from the other side, the guard reached out and opened the door before going inside. Once there, he kneeled as he reported the arrival of Bia Xiao to both Bia Anue and Bia Ginze.

"Haha, the young truly is one to admire"

Bia Ginze had heard of the events that took place earlier in the day and he was quite contented with what happened. He wasn't a soft-hearted person but he wasn't sold hearted either, this was the reason why he placed Coe'er in his care. He had run into her while she was clear the dirty washroom of an elder, she was very focused and paid close attention to detail.

Thus he decided to let her stay with Bia Xiao. When Bia Anue heard the reports of the guard, he said nothing. One reason why because he knew that Bia Ginze favored Bia Xiao and would be bringing it away with him when the time came, secondly, he knew that though Bia Xiao was young, his strength was next to most of those in the older generation.

"Strength is the only thing that mattered" Bia Anue shook his head in thought.

Maybe with the help of Bia Ginze, he would be able to make it back to the main clan and would also be able to make large progress in his cultivation. One had to know that he was stuck on the 4th level of the True Master realm for 50 years now, his talent, when compared to the many geniuses of the main clan, was nothing to mention at all.

"Let him in"

Bia Ginze waved his hand at the guard to signal him to bring Bia Xiao in. The guard bowed and retreated, after 5 minutes, the guard could be seen making his way in with Bia Xiao following closely behind.

The guard did the same two knocks on the door but this time it was Bia Ginze's voice that sounded out to let them in. Once the guard opened the door, he gestured for Bia Xiao to go in before he turned and left with the dismissal of Bia Anue.

"Kiddo Xiao what brings you here"

Bia Ginze smiled as he poured himself a cup of tea as well as Bia Anue. They were both having a meeting regarding the mysterious people that was hiding within the tribe's grounds. The person had not made a move this entire time which made them begin to wonder what was his true purpose.

"Ancestor tribe leader and senior Bia Ginze, Bia Xiao greets you"

Bia Xiao bowed to both of them before anything else. Though he didn't favor the Bia tribe, that didn't mean he wouldn't show respect to the tribal leader who was at the end of the day his ancestor.

"You may Raise"

After getting the go-ahead from Bia Anue, Bia Xiao Stood straight as he turns to face Bia Ginze that was seated around a wooden table, slowly sipping on his tea.

"Sorry to bother you again. If it wasn't for Coe'er sake I wouldn't have come. I need supplies to build up my small hut"

Bia Xiao didn't beat around the bush, he went straight to the point and told Bia Ginze his purpose in coming here. Bia Ginze had a weird look on his face, he could tell that Bia Xiao never intended to stay in the hall's room that he had provided for him.

In a sense, he didn't want to have any ties with the Bia tribe as a whole. Not to mention the fact that on elder from the main clan killed his parents, he was wondering if it was even the right thing keeping this kind of person who could one-day rain blood upon their heads alive.

"Sigh, life is a gamble kid. I hope I'm making the right bet"

Bia Ginze made a quick decision in his mind before getting up from his seat. His facial expression was very calm and no one could tell what he was thinking. After pondering for a moment, he turned to Bia Anue and asked.

"His families house, what happened to it"

Bia Anue pondered for a while as if trying to remember something, after a couple of seconds, he called in a guard. The guard stood straight as he awaited his orders from the tribe's head.

"Get some of the workers to assist Bia Xiao to build a new house. I need it to be finished before morning"

Bia Anue gave the guard a piece of paper before the guard bowed and excused himself. Bia Anue turned to Bia Ginze and said.

"The house was taken down a few years ago and a market space was built in its place. The workers will have a new home for him ready in no time"

Bia Anue was a person who works quickly, he didn't spend any time making excuses or try to pretend that everything was good. He knew that the tribe was at fault thus he could only correct it as time passes.

"Oh, this works too"

Bia Ginze knew that the house was taken down a long time ago, after all, he had been watching everything unfold from the sidelines for a very long time now. The reason why he asked about the house was so that Bia Anue could make arrangements for Bia Xiao.

"Many thanks to ancestor Bia Anue. But There's no need for that, just the supplies will do for now"

Bia Xiao waved his hand to thank Bia Anue while also rejecting his offer. He didn't want to owe the tribe anything thus he wanted nothing from them.

"It's just the helping hand of some of the slaves bought by the tribe it's nothing. Once their finish they can even stay to assist when house duty"

Bia Anue signal for Bia Xiao to stop, Bia Ginze only smiled as he continued to sip on his tea. Bia Xiao only eyed the two men before bowing and asking for his leave, with a nod from both of them, he returned with 6 men and four-woman.

The six men had large bags on their backs, ropes, hammers, and various working tools. When Bia Xiao made it back to his little hut he saw Coe'er fast asleep and the Myriad Beast Spear was silently laying in the corner.

"Huh, well I wonder how this got here, did she left it up, and if so how?"

Bia Xiao was very surprised when he saw the Myriad Beast Spear, one had to know that the spear was very heavy and he had to circulate his internal energy just to leave it.

"Never mind, maybe that's why she's so tied"

Bia Xiao came back out of the hut, the six men without even saying much began to cut the several dozen kinds of wood into various shapes and sizes before. These men were all normal people and had never cultivated before.

Thus their movements weren't that fast but they moved with accuracy. Bia Xiao didn't just sit back and allowed them to do everything. When they needed wood to be cut, he was there, when they needed them to be carried he was there as well.

Never once did he slack off for a second, the four when stood to the side with pots in their hands, one went to the woods to get wood for a fire, later on, the next went for water and food to be cooked.

There was no meat, only some vegetables, buns were brought over. When Bia Xiao saw this, he picked up the Myriad Beast Spear and went into the slowly growing forest and found some rabbits. He spent two hours hunting and was finally able to bring back 6 rabbits that were very fat and meaty.

"My oh my, such fat rabbits"

One of the women commented while cleaning the rabbit meat. The vegetables were all grown by her and the buns were made by one of the women as well. In a sense, everything that was brought over was their products and tools, one could even say that the tribe had only sent them over and that was it.

At the end of their job, the hall would pay them, 30 copper coins each. This could only allow them to eat for the next few weeks, thus they had to continue working and working.

"Yeah, this, the little one isn't so bad once you get to know him"

One of the men walked over, bending down to wipe the sweat from his face. He looked at the hard-working Bia Xiao who treated them as equal and not just slaves to do his bidding.
