When she heard the sound of gasping, Lorri's facial expression changed.
Jane rushed into the bedroom attached to Forrest's office. When she opened the door, she saw a small figure curled up in the corner of the bed.
"Joey!" Lorri immediately rushed in.
Joey was curled up into a ball. His face, which was originally bloodless, was covered with sweat. His little face was twisted up as if he was in great pain. He was barely breathing.
Lorri was so scared that her face turned pale. She picked up Joey in a panic and urged Jane, "Go to the garage and get my car. Hurry up, and drive to the company entrance."
Jane was also very scared. She came to her senses after a while and ran out in a hurry.
Forrest had just come back from a meeting when Jane ran right into him.
