5. Allah's Choice

ALLAH'S CHOICE

For who knows better than Allah

HE who first created the Pen

Before the creation of the earth and the heavens.

For who loves us more than HE

With an all encompassing and specialized Mercy.

For who has the sole right and power to decree

Other than the Shaper, the ONE who fashioned you and me.

For who is the best disposer of all our affairs

Allah knows what's good and what's better.

For who is the manufacturer of our hearts and souls

Other than the One who's free of imperfections.

For who sees all that you've been through

When Allah is the Aware of everything we do.

For who is the best of all planners

Other than HE, the Mighty Bestower.

For what Allah gives is also a test

Whether we deserve to be rewarded.

For if we accept all the blessings we've been given

And that includes withstanding pain and suffering.

For if we try to let go of what and who has passed us by

Perhaps a time will come Allah will make us understand why.

Why our choice wasn't HIS

Why we had to have unfulfilled wishes

Why we were forced to let some people go

Allah will one day tell us so.

Are not the gifts of the Al - Wadud the best of all gifts?

Like when HE brought us to the true religion of peace.

Was HE not there for us during our moments of difficulties?

Indeed HIS Guidance upon us is a countless list.

So let's change our mind setting my friend

It will all make sense in the end

Allah's choice for us in this world

Should be an exciting thing to behold.

Rather than feeling sad and bitter

Let's read the Holy Qur'an on a quiet corner

There we can recite Allah's The Most Beneficient, The Most Merciful

And HIS Divine Choice for Muslims is always beautiful.
